North Carolina, like most states, suffers from incredible debt: $2.5 billion. And, unsurprisingly, it seems the state has decided to cut educational programs. This NPR piece focuses on the cuts to teacher professional development and the contradictory promises made by state legislators. How are you seeing cuts to education affect your classroom?
